Cindy graduated from Mercer College, New Jersey in 1989 and became a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant specializing in Strain and Counterstrain.
For 16 years she owned and operated The Body Center fitness center in New Jersey. She has trained in the
Egoscue® Method and is a certified Posture Analysis Specialist.
Susanne Russell MSPT/PAS
Susy is a Licensed Physical Therapist specializing in manual therapy techniques for treatment of musculoskeletal injuries including treatment of chronic back and neck pain. She has extensive training in body mechanics and gait analysis. She earned her Master’s degree from Duke University in 1989. She holds a certified Postural Alignment Specialist certification from Egoscue® University based in San Diego.
